Job Responsibilities:
During the busy season (April – November), our landscape team moves fast. From small landscape cleanup projects, to multi-week hardscape installs, we do it all.
As a crew member, you will travel with one of our foremen to project sites throughout Southeast Wisconsin. You will work on projects involving grading/excavating, planting, mulching, hardscape construction, and more. This is a physically-demanding job. You will be on your feet and in the sun every workday.
Besides landscaping work, you may support our mowing crews–and in the winter, you will have the opportunity to stay on with our snow removal team.
As a foremen, you will drive crew members and materials to project sites, manage crews of 3-4 installers, coordinate with project managers, clients, and landscape designers, and do everything necessary to get the job done right.
Required Qualifications:
Crew members must be physically able to carry heavy loads and work outdoors for long periods.
OR
Foremen must have 2+ years of landscaping experience and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideally, applicants for the foremen position will have experience leading a crew or managing workers in some capacity.
