We recommend planting plugs at a spacing of 1 plant per 1.5 sq ft. We feel this is the most economical planting rate that also provides great coverage. Once you measure your area and have determined the square footage, divide that square footage by 1.5 to determine how many plants you'll need.
EC3 recommends a mix of 50-60% grasses and 50-60% forbs for a restoration planting.
